LEGISLATIVE ALERT!!!!
Most folks are not aware that EPA has been directed by a court decision to draft rules that will require all recreational boats to obtain a permit for waste water discharge. If enacted this ruling will cost both time and money - yours! EPA is working on the ruling at this moment. Fortunately two US Senators have proposed legislation that if passed will exempt recreational boats from such permitting procedures.

| Please take note. Due to another large tournament out of Demopolis City Landing, we have moved our launch to Runaway Branch on the Black Warrior. This is about 3 miles up the Warrior. Go past the City Landing about 2-3 miles and there will be a road to the left with a sign that says Runaway Branch on it. Please pass the word on. ... [more] |
